The trip is for the internal company use of Scripps’ advertisers or affiliates and cannot be transferred to any other party. The trip will begin and end in markets from which the advertiser qualified (referred to on the itinerary as “home cities”). If participants must leave from another city, Hoopla Travel Partners should be notified immediately. All flight deviations will be planned by Hoopla Travel Partners and surcharges/fare differences will be assessed directly to the participant. Please refer to the Transportation section for more details. All qualifiers may bring one guest. Participants and guests must be 21 years of age or older to take part in this program or travel. All accommodations are on a double/shared basis.

 

The responsibility of Hoopla Travel Partners/The E.W. Scripps Company and/or its agents is limited. Hoopla Travel Partners/The E.W. Scripps Company act as agents for the supplier companies and accept no responsibility in all or part and are not liable for any negligence or default in connection with any delay, loss, accident, injury, or damages to any person, however caused or arising with the services of any vehicle, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyance or hotel that may be used in this program. Hoopla Travel Partners/The E.W. Scripps Company shall not be responsible for any damages, injuries or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or any other omissions or conditions outside the agent’s control. Hoopla Travel Partners/The E.W. Scripps Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses of any nature to luggage or personal belongings. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Program itineraries, dates and specifications are subject to change without advance notice.
