Day 1, Sunday, August 22: Travel Day

Depart home cities to Arrive in Montrose, and transfer (1hr 30 min)
to Telluride, Colorado.

Day 2, Monday, August 23: Choice of Activity / Evening at Leisure

Golf – Telluride Golf Club is a private, members only club which we have gotten permission for afternoon play on. Telluride Golf Club is amongst the highest elevation golf courses in the world. Set atop Turkey Creek Mesa, tucked within the highest concentration of 13,000 and 14,000-foot peaks in the US, the 18-hole par 70, 6,546-yard course has stunning views guaranteed to take your breath away.

Mountain Biking - Telluride is home to miles and miles of spectacular mountain biking trails, with some of the best mountain biking in the West! Whether you are a first-timer, a seasoned expert, or somewhere in between, riders of all abilities can enjoy an unforgettable day on the trails with local guides helping to navigate the stunning scenic beauty while zipping down Galloping Goose trails.

Fly-Fishing – With some of the finest trout streams in the Rocky Mountains, and a variety of lakes, ponds and alpine creeks, Telluride is an angler’s paradise. Learn the waterways and surrounding terrain with the help of a local guide.

Via Ferrata (Iron Walk) – Experience breathtaking views of Bridal Veil Falls, the highest free-falling waterfall in Colorado, by climbing along the Via Ferrata Mountain 500 ft above the forest below with the safety of steel cables and scattered steel holds along the way.

Canopy Tour –– Hang out amongst the treetops and explore the National Forest via chairlift, 5 different zip lines, 2 aerial bridges and 2 repel stations over 140 feet off the ground.

4x4’s to Imogene Pass / Tomboy Ghost Town - Ride in an open-air jeep up Imogene Pass, which climbs Tomboy Road from downtown Telluride to a summit of over 13,100 feet. Experience Telluride’s fabulous high country while learning the history of one of the world’s most famous and notorious gold rush towns etched in the San Juan Mountains a hundred years ago. This tour combines thrilling adventure, fascinating mining history and once in a lifetime scenery.

Please note that due to San Miguel County COVID-19 Health requirements for private indoor event of 100 people, guest's attending the Sheridan Opera House will need to show their vaccination cards (pictures are accepted) or a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past 72 hours to attend this event.

historic Gorrono Ranch.
